It’s 1886 in London. A little girl walks barefoot in the foggy glow of street lanterns in search of her mother’s doctor. She’s done this many times, but tonight is different. Tonight, an encounter with a mysterious stranger and a single injury will spark a series of ill-fated events for years to come. Even Enfield, the gentleman with a habit of good will, cannot save this girl from the shadow that will forever haunt her.
