After 11p.m. on a Saturday is a strange time to see a delivery truck. Or so the residents of Gladstone Apartments thought on this hottest night July as they watch two men lug a wooden crate up five flights of stairs. But that’s just Crazy Carlo’s company policy – all night delivery, no money down, and don’t worry if you can’t pay, they’ll find you.
