Maddie is in trouble: since her bad marriage to Shane, a husband who puts her in hospital several times a year, she's turned to drink and drugs and is now involved in selling them for dealer, Dollar Bill. Trouble is, Dollar Bill's up in court, and she's worried he's about to sing. The only person who might help her is Bone, a down and out former lawyer.
